CONSTIPATION
Fecal block refers to conditions in which the bowels have difficulty evacuating stools
This includes conditions where the feces are too hard to pass, where too much time is spent moving the bowels, or where evacuation is too difficult even though the sensation of needing to move the bowels is present
THE MAJOR FACTOR THAT CAUSE COSTIPATION
The dysfunction of the large intestine
Patients that suffer from constipation should add more fruits and vegtables to the diet, participate in physical exercise and foster the habit of moving bowels at a fixed time each day
