اخوانى الاعزاء:
يسعدنى اليوم ان اعلن عن خدمة مجانيه هدفها الاسمى هو مساعدة الاخوة الطلاب والباحثين فى كافة التخصصات الطبية والصيدلانية فكم عانيت مثلهم فيما قبل فى الحصول على المعلومة اثناء اعدادى لرسالة الماجستير وما بعدها وقد توفر لدى الان ثروة هائلة من الكتب الطبية والمراجع المشهورة اضعها بين ايديكم ابتغاء مرضاة الله وسوف اقوم ان شاء الله بالرد على الطلبات بشكل شبه يومى نظرا لظروف العمل وارجو اتباع الاتى:
تحديد الموضوع بدقة شديدة
تحديد اهم المراجع التى تعرفها ان امكن
تحديد الوقت المتاح لانهاء البحث
تحديد كيفية الاستلام علما بانى من سكان القاهرة
وسوف اقوم ان شاء الله بالرد باسرع ما يمكن حالما تسمح لى ظروف عملى

بحثك المطلوب تجده فى هنا:
CONNECTIVE TISSUE
I. COMPONENTS
A. CELLS
Some cell types produced locally, others come from elsewhere and may be transient inhabitants
1. Fibroblasts - most abundant cells in CT. Oval or elongate with oval nucleus, responsible for the synthesis of extracellular matrix components.
2. Macrophages – have the capacity for phagocytosis. Arise from blood monocytes that enter connective tissue. Can remain fixed or be stimulated to become actively mobile.
3. Mast cells - characterized by numerous cytoplasmic basophilic secretory granules containing chemical mediators of the inflammatory response:
a. heparin - an anti-coagulant
b. histamine - causes contraction of smooth muscle and dilation of blood capillaries.
Mast cells sensitized to an antigen will release their granules in the presence of that antigen.
4. Plasma cells - Large ovoid cells with condensed heterochromatin resembling the face of a clock.
Known to synthesize and secrete immunoglobulins (antibodies). Arise from B-lymphocytes.
5. Adipose cells - abundant in specific sites. The common type is extremely large and contains a single droplet of oily triglyceride surrounded by a thin rim of cytoplasm.
6. Leukocytes - (white blood cells) - transient in connective tissue, accumulate in inflammatory responses.
Neutrophils, eosinophils, basophils and lymphocytes (T-cells and B-cells).
B. EXTRACELLULAR MATRIX - Non-cellular components - all made by fibroblasts.
1. FIBERS - long protein polymers present in variable proportions in different types of connective tissue
a. Collagen fiber- most abundant type of ECM fiber
i. Fibril - forming: Type I, II, III, etc. - great tensile strength - collagen fibers in dermis, tendons, connective tissue proper.
ii. Fibril – associated: Type IX, XII, XIV
iii. Network-forming: Type IV - structural component of basal lamina
iv. anchoring collagen: Type VII
b. Reticular fibers contain mainly type III collagen; delicate supporting network for organs; present in wound healing
c. Elastic fibers: principal component is elastin; found in distensible organs - lungs, blood vessels
2. GROUND SUBSTANCE - colorless, transparent, complex mixture of glycoproteins and proteoglycans - involved in binding cells to fibers of connective tissue
a. glycosaminoglycans: linear polysaccharides formed by repeating disaccharide units
b. structural glycoproteins - protein moiety predominates; carbohydrate is frequently a branched structure.
i. Fibronectin - binding sites for GAG, collagen, cells - helps mediate normal cell adhesion and migration.
ii. Laminin - abundant in basal lamina - participates in adhesion of epithelial cells to basal lamina
3. TISSUE FLUID - small quantity of fluid derived from blood
a. osmotic pressure gradient and hydrostatic pressure promotes fluid movement through connective tissue
b. edema - pathologic condition - enlarged spaces between components of connective tissue - caused by increase in tissue fluid
i. decreased venous blood flow or venous obstruction
ii. chronic starvation - protein deficiency
iii. increased permeability of blood capillary endothelium
iv. obstruction of lymphatic vessels - parasites or tumors
II. CLASSIFICATION
Based on the relative proportions of the three major components, cells, fibers and ground substance.
A. CONNECTIVE TISSUE PROPER
1. Loose or areolar -many cells, fewer fibers, more ground substance. Delicate consistency, flexible. Connective tissue of organs.
2. Dense - predominance of collagenous fibers. Can be regular or irregular depending on arrangement of collagen. Dense regular-tendons, ligaments.
B. SPECIALIZED CONNECTIVE TISSUE
1. Elastic - abundance of elastic fibers.
2. Reticular - predominance of reticular fibers
3. Adipose
4. Other “specialized” types include cartilage, bone, and dentin.
III. FUNCTIONS
A. Support - packing and shaping of organs, elasticity, mechanical support.
B. Storage - stored fat deposits for energy, mineral deposits (bone).
C. Defense - Viscous ground substance forms a physical barrier, impedes movement of bacteria and foreign materials into tissues.
Contains phagocytic and antibody-producing cells, cells involved in inflammatory response.
D. Repair and regeneration - Fibroblasts capable of replacing fibers and ground substance.
Reservoir of undifferentiated cells from which new connective tissue can arise.
Healing of surgical incisions depends on reparative ability of connective tissue.
E. Nutrition -provides solvent and pathway for movement of ions, proteins, small ----bolites between blood and cells, and for removal of catabolic products out of tissues.

لعلك لم تقرا بعد الملفات التى ارسلتها لك فبها ما طلبت بالتحديد عن الوظيفة ولكن فى اى بحث علمى لابد ان تبدا ب:
definitionلما سوف تتكلم عنه ثم تدخل بعد ذلك الى صلب الموضوع
وان اردت الوظيفة فقط فقط فقط كما تقول فارجو ان تتعب نفسك قليلا وتقوم باستخلاصها من الملفين بعد قراءتهما طبعا

على اى حال قمت بتنزيل الملف وتجربته اولا وهو عبارة عن صور للصفحات يمكنك تصفحها باى برنامج عرض للصور او دمجها فى ملف واحد باستخدام ادوبى اكروبات بروفيشنال
الباسوورد فى الملف المرفق
من فضلك قومى بنسخها كما هى الى برنامج فك الضغط

مرحبا اختى الكريمة:
اود ان الفت نظرك الى عدة نقاط:
1-فى رسالة الماجستير لا يتكونى مطالبه باثبات او نفى اى نتائج بل هو تدريب على اسس البحث العلمى وغالبا تكون موضوعاته عامة مثل مجرد احتواء نبات الصبار مثلا على ماده او مواد معينه.
2-هل تم الاسقرار بشكل نهائى على موضوع او بروتوكول البحث ام مزال الخيار لك؟
3- ان كان فد تم الاسقرار على موضوع وبروتوكول البحث فعليك الالتزام التام وبدقة بما اتفقت عليه مع الاساتذه المشرفين على البحث.
4-من المفترض تحديد النباتات بدقة او على الاقل فصيلة معينه منها لانه كما تعرفين الزيوت الطياره توجد فيما يزيد على الف نبات
5-توجد مراجع التحليل الكيميائى للنباتات فى مراحع شهيره جدا منها :

وغيرهما

شكرا لاهتمامك وسرعة الرد وجزاك الله خيرا
لم أتخذ قرارا نهائيا بعد في اختيار الموضوع لكني اخشى أن تكون النيجة سلبية يعني أن لا توجد مادة لها فعالية ضد الأكسدة!! كما أني أرغب في فصل المركب ودراسة خواصه الكيميائية إذا ما ثبت أن له فاعلية ضد الأكسدة مع العلم أن دراستي مقتصرة على العائلة الشفوية والتي تتميز بوفرة الزيوت الطيارة والتربينات
هل تنصح بتغيير الموضوع؟ خاصة وأن دراسة موضوع كهذا لا تتوفر الإمكانات اللازمة له هنا!!... أنا محتاااارة جدا:cc_confus :f-e-allah :please:

لم أتخذ قرارا نهائيا بعد في اختيار الموضوع لكني اخشى أن تكون النيجة سلبية يعني أن لا توجد مادة لها فعالية ضد الأكسدة!! كما أني أرغب في فصل المركب ودراسة خواصه الكيميائية إذا ما ثبت أن له فاعلية ضد الأكسدة مع العلم أن دراستي مقتصرة على العائلة الشفوية والتي تتميز بوفرة الزيوت الطيارة والتربينات
هل تنصح بتغيير الموضوع؟ خاصة وأن دراسة موضوع كهذا لا تتوفر الإمكانات اللازمة له هنا!!... أنا محتاااارة جدا:cc_confus :f-e-allah :please:

LIQUIDS
LIQUID PREPARATIONS FOR ORAL USE (Ph Eur monograph 0672) Oral Liquids comply with the requirements of the European Pharmacopoeia monograph for Liquid Preparations for Oral Use. These requirements are reproduced below. Ph Eur
DEFINITION Liquid preparations for oral use are usually solutions, emulsions or suspensions containing one or more active substances in a suitable vehicle; they may, however, consist of liquid active substances used as such (oral liquids). Some preparations for oral use are prepared by dilution of concentrated liquid preparations, or from powders or granules for the preparation of oral solutions or suspensions, for oral drops or for syrups, using a suitable vehicle. The vehicle for any preparations for oral use is chosen having regard to the nature of the active substance(s) and to provide organoleptic characteristics appropriate to the intended use of the preparation. Liquid preparations for oral use may contain suitable antimicrobial preservatives, antioxidants and other excipients such as dispersing, suspending, thickening, emulsifying, buffering, wetting, solubilising, stabilising, flavouring and sweetening agents and colouring matter, authorised by the competent authority. Emulsions may show evidence of phase separation but are readily redispersed on shaking. Suspensions may show a sediment which is readily dispersed on shaking to give a suspension which remains sufficiently stable to enable the correct dose to be delivered. Where applicable, containers for liquid preparations for oral use comply with the requirements of Materials used for the manufacture of containers (3.1 and subsections) and Containers (3.2 and subsections). Several categories of preparations may be distinguished: ? ?—oral solutions, emulsions and suspensions, ?—powders and granules for oral solutions and suspensions, ?—oral drops, ?—powders for oral drops, ?—syrups, ?—powders and granules for syrups. PRODUCTION During the development of a preparation for oral use, the formulation for which contains an antimicrobial preservative, the effectiveness of the chosen preservative shall be demonstrated to the satisfaction of the competent authority. A suitable test method together with criteria for judging the preservative properties of the formulation are provided in the text on Efficacy of antimicrobial preservation(5.1.3). In the manufacturing, packaging, storage and distribution of liquid preparations for oral use, suitable means are taken to ensure their microbial quality; recommendations on this aspect are provided in the text on Microbiological quality of pharmaceutical preparations(5.1.4). In the manufacture of liquid preparations for oral use containing dispersed particles, measures are taken to ensure a suitable and controlled particle size with regard to the intended use. TESTS Uniformity of dosage units Solutions, suspensions and emulsions in single-dose containers comply with the test for uniformity of dosage units (2.9.40) or, where justified and authorised, with the test for uniformity of ******* or uniformity of mass shown below. Herbal drugs and herbal drug preparations present in the dosage form are not subject to the provisions of this paragraph. Uniformity of *******(2.9.6) Unless otherwise prescribed or justified and authorised, single-dose preparations that are suspensions comply with the following test. After shaking, empty each container as completely as possible and carry out the test on the individual *******s. They comply with test B for uniformity of ******* of single-dose preparations. Uniformity of mass Single-dose preparations that are solutions or emulsions comply with the following test: weigh individually the *******s of 20 containers, emptied as completely as possible, and determine the average mass. Not more than 2 of the individual masses deviate by more than 10 per cent from the average mass and none deviates by more than 20 per cent. Dose and uniformity of dose of oral drops Into a suitable, graduated cylinder, introduce by means of the dropping device the number of drops usually prescribed for one dose or introduce by means of the measuring device, the usually prescribed quantity. The dropping speed does not exceed 2 drops per second. Weigh the liquid, repeat the addition, weigh again and carry on repeating the addition and weighing until a total of 10 masses are obtained. No single mass deviates by more than 10 per cent from the average mass. The total of 10 masses does not differ by more than 15 per cent from the nominal mass of 10 doses. If necessary, measure the total volume of 10 doses. The volume does not differ by more than 15 per cent from the nominal volume of 10 doses. Deliverable mass or volume (2.9.28) Liquid preparations for oral use supplied in single-dose containers comply with the test. Uniformity of mass of delivered doses from multidose containers (2.9.27) Liquid preparations for oral use supplied in multidose containers comply with the test. LABELLING The label states the name of any added antimicrobial preservative. ORAL SOLUTIONS, EMULSIONS AND SUSPENSIONS, EMULSIONS AND SUSPENSIONS DEFINITION Oral solutions, emulsions and suspensions are supplied in single-dose or multi-dose containers. Each dose from a multi-dose container is administered by means of a device suitable for measuring the prescribed volume. The device is usually a spoon or a cup for volumes of 5 ml or multiples thereof or an oral syringe for other volumes. POWDERS AND GRANULES FOR ORAL SOLUTIONS AND SUSPENSIONS DEFINITION Powders and granules for the preparation of oral solutions or suspensions generally conform to the definitions in the monographs on Oral powders (1165) or Granules (0499) as appropriate. They may contain excipients in particular to facilitate dispersion or dissolution and to prevent caking. After dissolution or suspension, they comply with the requirements for oral solutions or oral suspensions, as appropriate. TESTS Uniformity of dosage units Single-dose powders and single-dose granules comply with the test for uniformity of dosage units (2.9.40) or, where justified and authorised, with the tests for uniformity of ******* and/or uniformity of mass shown below. Herbal drugs and herbal drug preparations present in the dosage form are not subject to the provisions of this paragraph. Uniformity of *******(2.9.6) Unless otherwise prescribed or justified and authorised, single-dose powders and single-dose granules with a ******* of active substance less than 2 mg or less than 2 per cent of the total mass comply with test B for uniformity of ******* of single-dose preparations. LABELLING The label states: ? ?—the method of preparation of the solution or suspension, ?—the conditions and the duration of storage after constitution. ORAL DROPS DEFINITION Oral drops are solutions, emulsions or suspensions which are administered in small volumes such as drops by the means of a suitable device. LABELLING The label states the number of drops per millilitre of preparation or per gram of preparation if the dose is measured in drops. POWDERS FOR ORAL DROPS DEFINITION Powders for the preparation of oral drops generally conform to the definition of Oral powders (1165). They may contain excipients to facilitate dissolution or suspension in the prescribed liquid or to prevent caking. After dissolution or suspension, they comply with the requirements for oral drops. TESTS Uniformity of dosage units Single-dose powders for oral drops comply with the test for uniformity of dosage units (2.9.40) or, where justified and authorised, with the tests for uniformity of ******* and/or uniformity of mass shown below. Herbal drugs and herbal drug preparations present in the dosage form are not subject to the provisions of this paragraph. The sweet taste can also be obtained by using other polyols or sweetening agents. Syrups usually contain aromatic or other flavouring agents. Each dose from a multi-dose container is administered by means of a device suitable for measuring the prescribed volume. The device is usually a spoon or a cup for volumes of 5 ml or multiples thereof. LABELLING The label states the name and concentration of the polyol or sweetening agent. POWDERS AND GRANULES FOR SYRUPS DEFINITION Powders and granules for syrups generally conform to the definitions in the monograph on Oral powders (1165) or Granules (0499). They may contain excipients to facilitate dissolution. After dissolution, they comply with the requirements for syrups. TESTS Uniformity of dosage units Single-dose powders and granules for syrups comply with the test for uniformity of dosage units (2.9.40) or, where justified and authorised, with the tests for uniformity of ******* and/or uniformity of mass shown below. Herbal drugs and herbal drug preparations present in the dosage form are not subject to the provisions of this paragraph. General Notices
In addition to the above requirements of the European Pharmacopoeia, the following statements apply to any application, collodion, liniment, lotion or paint that is the subject of an individual monograph in the British Pharmacopoeia and to the solutions listed below. APPLICATIONS LABELLING The label states (1) that the Application is intended for external use only; (2) the date after which the Application is not intended to be used; (3) the conditions under which the Application should be stored; (4) the directions for using the Application; (5) any special precautions associated with the use of the Application. COLLODIONS DEFINITION Collodions are Liquids for Cutaneous Application, usually containing Pyroxylin in a mixture of Ether and Ethanol. When they are allowed to dry, a flexible film is formed at the site of application. STORAGE Collodions should be stored remote from fire. LABELLING The label states (1) that the Collodion is intended for external use only; (2) the date after which the Collodion is not intended to be used; (3) the conditions under which the Collodion should be stored; (4) the directions for using the Collodion; (5) any special precautions associated with the use of the Collodion. LINIMENTS DEFINITION Liniments are Liquids for Cutaneous Application that are intended to be applied to the unbroken skin with friction. STORAGE Certain plastic containers, such as those made from polystyrene, are unsuitable for Liniments. LABELLING The label states (1) the names and concentrations of the active ingredients; (2) that the Liniment is intended for external use only; (3) if appropriate, that the *******s of the container should be shaken before use; (4) the date after which the Liniment is not intended to be used; (5) the conditions under which the Liniment should be stored; (6) the directions for using the Liniment; (7) any special precautions associated with the use of the Liniment. LOTIONS DEFINITION Lotions are Liquids for Cutaneous Application that are intended to be applied to the unbroken skin without friction. LABELLING The label states (1) the names and concentrations of the active ingredients; (2) that the Lotion is intended for external use only; (3) that the Lotion should be shaken before use; (4) the date after which the Lotion is not intended to be used; (5) the conditions under which the Lotion should be stored; (6) the directions for using the Lotion; (7) any special precautions associated with the use of the Lotion. NAIL SOLUTIONS LABELLING The label states (1) the name and concentration of the active ingredient; (2) that the Nail Solution is intended for external use only; (3) the date after which the Nail Solution is not intended to be used; (4) the conditions under which the Nail Solution should be stored; (5) the directions for using the Nail Solution; (6) any special precautions associated with use of the Nail Solution. PAINTS DEFINITION Paints are solutions or dispersions of one or more active ingredients. They are intended for application to the skin or, in some cases, mucous membranes. STORAGE Paints should be kept in airtight containers. LABELLING The label states (1) the names and concentrations of the active ingredients; (2) the date after which the Paint is not intended to be used; (3) the conditions under which the Paint should be stored; (4) the directions for using the Paint; (5) any special precautions associated with the use of the Paint. The following liquids for cutaneous application are the subject of an individual monograph in the British Pharmacopoeia. لا يوجد فى الابحاث ما تسميه بdatabase reasearchربما تقصد full text papers
اما database عامة فالمقصود بها هو ملخصات ابحاث تحدث دوريا وهى موجوده فى الموقع المشار اليه

كلمة السر للملف موجوده فى ردى السابق وواضحة جدا
وجود كلمة السر من عدمه لا دخل لى به فى هذا الملف

1. Cardiac muscle is a striated muscle, with a sarcomere
structure much like that of skeletal muscle. It has small
cells (as in smooth muscle), firmly connected end-to-end
at the intercalated disks.
2. The action potential in cardiac muscle is long lasting compared
to the duration of the contraction, preventing a
tetanic contraction.
3. Under normal circumstances, cardiac muscle operates at
lengths somewhat less than the optimal length for peak
force production, facilitating length-dependent regulation
of the muscle activity.
4. A typical cardiac muscle contraction produces less than
maximal force, allowing physiologically regulated changes
in contractility to adjust the force of the muscle contraction
to the body’s current needs.
5. As in skeletal muscle, the speed of shortening of cardiac
muscle is inversely related to the force being exerted, as
expressed in the force-velocity curve.
