السلام عليكم بمناسبة الحساسية يا جماعة فيه معلومة اتمني ان شاء الله تكون مفيدة
بعد فشل الكورتيكوستيرويدات في علاج كثير من حالات الحساسية وجد أن
Montelukast was administered as an alternative
therapeutic regimen in cases where the use of mainstay
corticosteroid therapy had been contraindicated or
failed to control the manifestations of the disease.
reports suggest that montelukast may be helpful as a
single alternative corticosteroid sparing medication in
cases of severe AD, especially in patients with associated
asthma and rhinitis

تصدقوا يا جماعة المعلومة مش ف الكتاب بتاع باترسون وذاكر بدائل أخري مثل
recombinent interferon , i.v ig, ph.d.e inhibitors, cyclosporine,and tacrolimus

عموما التعليق ده علشان ابين لكم أنه فوق كل ذي علم عليم وكمان مش كل الأدوية المذكورة متوفرة عندنا وكمان مش كلها امنة المهم فيه أمل في الشفاء أو علي الاقل الراحة وربنا يعافي كل مريض
